Just returned from washing my jeep. I use the touch free wash to protect my tonneau cover. The truck's got enough soap still on it to actually make it look worse than when I went. I'm actually a member of monthly club, but can't go back to tomorrow since it's limited to once per day. Every each I get is worse than the one before. Definitely cancelling. If I need to wash the Jeep after going through the carwash it's just a rip off.

I am a member of EverWash and I frequently stop by to use the touchless booths. Something is always broken or malfunctioning. I have sent multiple emails to the email on their website. No response and issues go unfixed. In the video you can see that the top sprayers are broken and do not move. I notified them of this months ago and it’s still not fixed.

Paid $17 for the highest wash available. A dollar more than every other car wash in the area. My car was not clean AT ALL, which I understand happens from time to time. I reached out to the support email and spoke with Rose on 5/19, it is now 5/27 and I have yet to get a response, even after following up twice. I used to come to this car wash all the time, it was actually one of the best in the area. I’m not sure what happened but it is now extremely run down. Vacuums, trash cans overflowing, the landscaping, all three automatic wash bays and customer service is now garbage.

Had a little trouble going through the wash and my car got stuck on the reel and unwashed. I was so scared and upset because I thought I lost my money and was scared the soap may damage my paint!! But TIM CAME TO THE RESCUE!! He saved the day!! He was very friendly and helpful and handled the situation perfectly!!! I drove home nice and shiny!!! Thank You Tim!!!

Eta: I did call and leave a message. However, did I miss the sign that recommended paying to clean my car before... Paying to clean my car? Or paying to clean my car after... I paid to clean my car? I have no problem conceding the point about road salt, etc. At the same time, This didn't just... Leave a few spots. This missed the entire front and passenger side of my car. I don't know how you can look at the photo of my front bumper and be like "automatic car wash user error.". I'm not unreasonable. If you can show me the sign and prove that it was there at 9am, I will change this review to 5 stars because I missed the sign. Otherwise, be a small business to which people want to return.. Literally never use this place. I paid 17 for the highest wash in the first touchless bay, next to the soft touch. After it was done, I looked before I left the lot... It was like when my kids would tell me they cleaned their rooms... Everything was slightly rearranged but basically the same. And then I spent 13 minutes and God knows how much more doing a full manual wash. No idea how to get a refund but I'm going to call the number listed in other reviews. This is insane.
